- Payment confirms your booking and reserves your session time with Nelis Helfman.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

- If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full or can be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Digital Products

Purchase:

- Digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, audio files, and online courses, are available for purchase through our website.

- Access to digital products will be provided immediately upon successful payment, unless otherwise specified.

Refund:

- Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. Please be sure to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

General Terms

- All services, digital products, and physical products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

- If your service or purchase cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product or service.
